Architectural Design Committee (ADC)

Goals
1. To review new homes, additions, buildings, sheds, fences, canopies, and all other structures and other items provided for in the Pine Ridge Deed Restrictions for compliance to the Restrictions.
2. To enforce compliance with the Deed Restrictions due to surveys or complaints from any source.
Authority
The Architectural Design Committee (ADC) is a standing committee deriving its
authority from the Pine Ridge Deed Restriction Manual. Members are appointed
by the Pine Ridge Property Owners (PRPOA) Board of Directors.
Organization
The ADC meets weekly, reviews all items presented for review, and votes to
‘approve’ or ‘disapprove’. The majority vote prevails. Member terms are for two (2)
years with the option of extension for a third year.
Meetings
Meetings are scheduled each Wednesday at 8:30 a.m. in the Community Center.
