It’s time to renew your Civic Association membership!

We welcome you to Pine Ridge Estates and the Civic Association!  Our membership year extends from January 1 to December 31, and you don’t want to miss an issue of the POST by being late.  If you are new to the community or are an established resident and would like to join us, please fill out the attached form and include your check for $12 per person or $20 per family to PRCA, PO Box 640115, Beverly Hills, FL 34464-0115.  Or come to the next Civic Association meeting and give it to me in person. We would love to meet you!  Our meetings are on the 2nd Monday of each month.

 

If we have received your dues by the time this POST is mailed, your membership card should be attached.  If there is any question about your dues, please contact me (746-1909 or tyanoti@tampabay.rr.com).  If you have a new neighbor, please share this information with them or let me know so that I can send a complimentary issue of the POST.  The information you give us on the dues/application form is kept confidential.  Information given will be used only within the Civic Association for Civic Association matters.  The information will never be shared with or given to anyone else.

 

Please patronize our neighborhood businesses. They provide our members with a 10% discount when you show your Pine Ridge Civic Association membership card. Remember to show your card before your purchase and thank them for their support! Local participating businesses are: Anson’s Nursery, Curves of Beverly Hills, Enlightened Designs-Landscape Lighting, Fiori’s Florist, the Greenery (not on delivered items), and Dog Training at Your Door.  Members, please let me know (see above) if you move or change your address so that you don’t miss any of the Pine Ridge Civic Association information.  The Post Office will not forward these mailings to you.

 

We cordially invite you to join the Pine Ridge Civic Association.  We are an incorporated, not-for-profit organization created for the benefit of all residents of Pine Ridge Estates.  The Civic Association provides a public forum where matters of common interest and concern may be discussed at monthly ‘town hall’ style community meetings.  All members have a say and a vote.  The Board of Directors takes no significant actions without a vote of the assembled membership.  When necessary, the Civic Association provides a unified voice to address our concerns with the governing agencies representing Pine Ridge Estates thus providing the means by which topics of community interest may be initiated or advocated and acted upon.
